The Chicago Cubs are currently mired in the second-longest losing streak of their 2012 MLB season with eight-straight losses. Chicago turns their hopes to SP Chris Volstad who is coming off his arguably best start of the season.
On Saturday, Volstad threw 7.0 innings of 2-run baseball, striking out 3 while walking only 1 batter. The 6-foot-8 righty is in his first season with the Cubs after being coming over in the Carlos Zambrano trade during the offseason.
