Madden '13 Rankings: Chicago Bears RB Matt Forte Is 6th Best At His Position

Stay connected for news and updates

Virtual Matt Forte is the sixth best running back in the virtual NFL, at least according to the player ratings in Madden '13. The Chicago Bears running back's 93 overall rating topped all but five players at his position in the game.

Forte, one of the top pass-catching running backs in the NFL, rushed for 997 yards and added another 490 receiving, numbers that would have been even higher had he not torn his MCL against Kansas City last December.

It's a big jump for Forte in the video game franchise's ratings. Last season he nabbed an 89 overall rating.

Current holdout Maurice Jones-Drew nabbed a 97 overall rating, tops in the game. Behind him were Adrian Peterson, Arian Foster, LeSean McCoy and Ray Rice.
