According to John "Moon" Mullin of CSN Chicago, the Chicago Bears may have a left tackle controversy brewing. Mullin says LT J'Marcus Webb's poor performance in the opening preseason game -- through three quarters, no less -- may cost him his starting job.
Webb says, however, that the first bad game should not spoil his rough outing:
"It was just the first week of preseason, just a starting point," Williams said. "Just have to work hard and get better. I didn’t feel like I played a long time but it was fun being out there."
Webb, 24, is in his third season with the Chicago Bears and has 28 starts since entering the NFL as a seventh-round draft pick.
