Brian Kelly and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish may be playing their annual spring game today, but the program was also busy with recruiting. According to reports, the Irish got a commitment from John Montelus, an offensive tackle out of Everett, Massachusetts.

Montelus had offers from a host of schools, including Boston College, North Carolina, Michigan Penn State, and Florida. It's surely a big coup for the Irish.
