The Big Ten has four teams in this year's Sweet 16, which ties them with the Big East for most teams advancing to the second week of play. But it won't stay that way for long, as three of this week's eight match ups feature a Big Ten team squaring off with a Big East team. Conference supremacy will be just about the last thing on the minds of any of the teams taking the floor, but it will be an interesting measuring stick for the rest of us.
