In the past, the format for this game was a team of rookies vs. a team of second-year players. But this year the NBA changed things up a bit and held a draft, which means that the rookies and sophomores are mixed together.

Shaquille O'Neal and Charles Barkley were the two men chosen to make the picks in this inaugural event; O'Neal took sophomore Blake Griffin with the No. 1 overall pick.
Joining Griffin on "Team Shaq" are Ricky Rubio, Knicks sensation Jeremy Lin and Kemba Walker, among others. Barkley's team -- "Team Chuck" -- features Kyrie Irving, DeMarcus Cousins and John Wall.
