Four-star wide receiver and football recruit Davonte Neal was expected to announce his decision between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Arizona Wildcats on Tuesday, but he never showed up to his own press conference held at his former elementary school. Everyone waited with baited breath for Neal to show up well beyond the 10 a.m. CST start time, but after nearly an hour it became clear that he wouldn't show.
Notre Dame already received commitments, from five-star quarterback Gunner Keil and four star running back William Mahone, but they could still use a top wide receiver to fill the void left by senior WR Michael Floyd, who is preparing for the 2012 NFL Draft.
