The Bulls haven't played since Tuesday, and in that time have lost a little ground in the Central Division.
With the postponement of Wednesday's road contest against the Pacers, the Bulls have been idle since getting blown out by the Rockets 120-97 on Tuesday and remain tied with the Bucks for second-place in the Central Division following Milwaukee's 108-93 win over the Nets on Wednesday.
The Pacers padded their division lead with a 97-91 victory over the Suns on Friday. George Hill paced Indiana's scorers with 22 points, Roy Hibbert had eight points and 14 rebounds and Lance Stephenson chipped in 10 points, nine rebounds and five assists.
Meanwhile, the fourth-place Pistons took out the defending-champion Heat, 109-99, while the last-place Cavaliers lost to the Hawks, 102-94.
Elsewhere in the Eastern Conference, the Nets beat the Bobcats, 97-81, the Knicks lost on a buzzer-beater to the Kings, 106-105, and the lowly Wizards won their fourth game against the Magic, 105-97.
Out West, the Lakers beat the Trail Blazers, 104-87, the Spurs grounded the Rockets, 122-116, and the Clippers won their 16th-straight against the Jazz, 116-114.
