Chicago coach Tom Thibodeau offered praise about the Orlando Magic before the Bulls' game against them on Tuesday night.

Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau offered plenty of praise about the Bulls upcoming opponet, the Orlando Magic. The Magic are a surprise 2-0 this season under rookie head coach Jacque Vaugh after trading away superstar center Dwight Howard.

Thibodeau praised Orlando for how hard they have played this season, and told reporters that the team's system reminds him of the system he has placed in Chicago:

"They're an excellent team... the guys they have stepping in they're playing hard, they're playing together, they're playing smart, so we have to be ready."

Orlando forward Glen Davis has played particularly well for the Magic the first two games of the season. The forward is averaging 25.5 points and nine rebounds per game. The Magic are currently second in the league in scoring offense, averaging 108.5 points-per-game.

Orlando's defense has also been strong this season, which is a solid indicator of their effort level so far. The Magic have surrendered the fifth fewest points this year, an average of 91.5 points-per game. The team is also fifth in the league in total rebounds.
