Vikings vs. Bears: Game time, TV schedule, injury updates and more

The Chicago Bears and a healthy Jay Cutler host the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday in a showdown of NFC North playoff hopefuls.

The Chicago Bears look to rebound from an embarrassing loss on Monday night as they host the Minnesota Vikings in a key divisional matchup Sunday.

The Bears, who began the season 7-1, have now lost two in a row, including Monday's 32-7 laugher to the San Francisco 49ers. In that game, the team gained only 148 total yards and allowed six sacks, five from 49ers defensive end Aldon Smith. They'll have their hands full Sunday with another elite pass rusher in the Vikings' Jared Allen, who is 14th in the NFL with seven sacks.

Quarterback Jay Cutler will start for the Bears. Cutler's status was uncertain after sustaining a concussion two weeks ago against the Houston Texans, but he was cleared to play by Chicago on Saturday. He did not play in Monday's loss to San Francisco.

The Minnesota Vikings, at 6-4, currently sit one game behind the NFC North-leading Chicago Bears. The Bears are tied atop the division with the Green Bay Packers, at 7-3.

Wide receiver Percy Harvin is out for the Vikings with an ankle injury. Harvin's absence leaves a noticeable void in the Minnesota offense, as he leads all Vikings receivers by far this season with 677 yards. He did not travel with the team.
