Bears vs. Cowboys: Kyle Orton looks forward to playing former teammates

Kyle Orton is looking forward to reuniting with his old Chicago teammates Monday night as the Bears face-off with the Dallas Cowboys

Dallas Cowboys backup quarterback Kyle Orton spent the first four years of his career with the Chicago Bears, and he is looking forward to reuniting with his old teammates Monday as the two teams face-off in Dallas.

Orton started 33 games for the Bears in his four seasons before being traded to the Denver Broncos as a part of the deal that brought Jay Cutler to Chicago. Despite being dealt by Chicago, Orton had only positive things to say about the organization, according to Todd Archer of ESPN Dallas.

"That was a fun four years for my career. They've got a great team, great players and Lovie (Smith) is leader of the ship. He's a great coach."

Only a handful of players remain from the 2008 Chicago Bears, Orton's last year with the organization, including Matt Forte, Devin Hester, Brian Urlacher, Lance Briggs, Charles Tillman, as well as a few others.

Dallas is the fourth team of Orton's eight year NFL career. He spent last year backing-up Matt Cassel with the Kansas City Chiefs.
