Kenya’s Moses Mosop won the mens title in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon on Sunday morning. Mosop set a new course record finishing the 26.2 mile race in 2:05:37. Mosop won $150,00 for his efforts.
On the women’s side, Liliya Shobukhova of Russia won her third Chicago Marathon in a row which also set a record. Shobukhova ran the course in 2:18:20 which is the second fastest time in history.
